Drum7, whose real name is Nguyễn Huy Hoàng Hiệp, was born in Hà Tĩnh. He is a prominent music producer and composer behind a series of successful works by many renowned artists in the Vietnamese music industry.
Drum7 emerged as a Music Producer/DJ, specializing in EDM music. Consequently, his works often carry Western influences, particularly from the Country Pop and R&B genres. Currently, he is under the management of Big Arts Entertainment.
He has collaborated with numerous famous artists such as Quang Hung MasterD and Phan Manh Quynh to create hits like “De Den De Di” and “Nguoi Khac“.
Towards the end of 2023, Drum7 and Van Mai Huong released a new MV titled “Dai Minh Tinh“, which reached Top 1 on iTunes Vietnam and received positive feedback from fans.
Moreover, he has made significant contributions to creating iconic songs like “Le Luu Ly” by Vu Phung Tien and “Cat Doi Noi Sau” by Tang Duy Tan. The “Vietnamese House” music style has been infused into every note of “Cat Doi Noi Sau” by singer Tang Duy Tan and producer Drum7. This blend of melancholy with a touch of madness has left a lasting impression on many devoted fans.
